The standard process in the payments industry is to invite potential clients on a Zoom call or go to their location to force feed limited solutions and use high-pressure tactics to close a sale. Upon the client’s signature the sales rep disappears and the client has to figure out how to activate service.

Conversely, here is how we operate with potential clients.

Potential clients are almost always referred to us by current happy clients, trusted advisors or when they see our Google Reviews online. Upon their reaching out, we set up a meeting.
In the meeting we ask about their business, their team and where they feel that their current payment system is and where it isn’t meeting their needs.
We ask about their top priorities for their new system and find out why these priorities are so important. For example, if a CEO mentions that they want better technology, we find out what they expect that better technology will help them with in their business.
We present multiple options from different credit card processors and help the potential client arrive at their preferred decision.
Once the account is approved, we schedule an onboarding with all appropriate team members to ensure a smooth transition.
