Important for NoRate

I intentionally used “where a customer specifically requests a product or service involving another provider” rather than saying NoRate never provides customer information to anyone.

That’s important because if NoRate facilitates financing through outside financial institutions or financing providers, the Privacy Policy needs to accurately account for that business activity. What cannot be transferred is the customer’s consent to receive SMS from NoRate. Twilio treats SMS consent as a direct agreement between the consumer and the sender.
